Thermal Paper Slitting Machine

Application:
Used in slitting and rewinding of the thermal coiled materials, such as Fax paper, cash register paper, ATM paper, electrocardiogram paper, medical record paper, NCR paper, computer note, adhesive stickers, non-woven fabrics, thin film and so on.

Characteristics:
1. Cutting machine uses Panasonic microcomputer control and touch screen control, and all data can be set on the touch screen to make the machine automatically work;
2. The main engine uses variable frequency motor and inverter control;
3. It adopts Hydraulic automatic feeding mode by the oil cylinder control of Oil hydraulic station.
4. All the transmission shafts are processed by dynamic balance;
5. It equiped with a warning device, used to make the product line marking;
6. The machine adopts slitting circular knife, equipped with waste edge automatic discharge device;
7. The machine has automatic paper inserting and adjusting the tightness of rewinding material function;
8. Equipped with automatic unwinding tension controller to maintain constant tension material in the operation process;
9. The machine has the function of automatic meter and can complete the customers prepared data.

Unreeling Part:
1. Using three inches inflatable shaft;
2. Using hydraulic automatic material feeding. Customer only need to put the material on the ground and press a hydraulic switch without workers.
Unwinding tension control:
1. Unwinding part adopts *0kg/m2 magnetic powder brake to control the tension of running materials;
2. With a computer program PLC system to control the tension of the conveyor to reach less user operation like fool machine situation.
Cutting part:
The machine is equipped with circular knife:
1. Under circular knife adopts whole spacer ring. Customers only need to install a spacer rings width to pack the products width and adjust above and under circular knife to cut materials to ensure that the material cant bite paper.
2. The machine is equipped with a meter wheel, as long as setting specified length on the touch screen, the machine will be automatically shut down when runs to the specified length, accuracy up to 0.*1m.
Rolling up part:
1. The machine is equipped with 0.5 inches and 1 inches of the scroll. And it can be customized according to customer requirements;
2. You can adjust the auto inserting paper properly to complete the papers insertion;
3. With the United States imported pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure roller to ensure air pressure always consistent when machine runs.
